The final task of the Erasmus+ mobility in France was to create a video about how to make a sustainable picnic. On Tuesday 21st, Nov. 2017 the students were taught about the different steps to make a video : the synopsis, the storyboard, the shots, the target, the message…

Thus, several videos were created showing how a sustainable picnic can be prepared.

Visit of Airbus

On Thursday, November 23rd, 2017, the students went to Blagnac, near Toulouse, to visit a European company: Airbus.

During a first visit, called the “green” visit, the students learned how Airbus tries to reduce itsconsumption of fuel by choosing new materials (for instance lighter thus fuel-saving materials).

They were also explained how Airbus recycles or reuses materials such as furnishing.

Finally,  by visiting the A380 assembly line, they realized the European dimension of the company.

The information collected during these 2 visits will be presented during the next mobility in Germany.

On Wednesday, November 22nd, 2017, in the morning, the French, German and Italian students visited a waste recovery centre in Labessiere-Candeil.

After learning about the greenhouse effect and the consequences of waste on environment, the students were told how to value waste (biogas, compost…) and sort it.

In the afternoon, they visited a waste sorting centre in Blaye-Les-Mines and learned about good habits when it comes to sort waste.

The information collected during these 2 visits was then used to make a quiz entitled: “Are you a good waste manager?”.
